REFUND POLICY

AIRPORT VIP MEET & GREET

A client must cancel their reservation, also known as a “Meet & Greet”, with Travel Greeter, Inc. within a certain time period in order to receive a full refund or account credit from the initial charge incurred. After an order is placed, a client can cancel their reservation at any time via website, e-mail (Orders@TravelGreeter.com), phone call, text message, etc. Consequently, full charge will apply and no refund will be granted if cancellation is not made within the specified times for the specified locations listed below:

  • John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and LaGuardia Airport (LGA): Must cancel at least (12) hours prior to the scheduled Meet & Greet time whether if it is an arrival flight, connection flight, or departure flight.
  • All Other Domestic Airports: Must cancel at least (24) hours prior to the scheduled Meet & Greet time whether if it is an arrival flight, connection flight, or departure flight.
  • International Airports: Must cancel at least (72) hours prior to the scheduled Meet & Greet time whether if it is an arrival flight, connection flight, or departure flight.

 

AMTRACK VIP MEET & GREET

  • All Domestic Amtrak Stations: Must cancel at least (24) hours prior to the scheduled Meet & Greet time whether if it is an arrival train, connection train, or departure train

 

ALL OTHER TRAVEL GREETER SERVICES

A client must cancel their reservation, with Travel Greeter, Inc. within a certain time period in order to receive a full refund or account credit from the initial charge incurred. After an order is placed, a client can cancel their reservation at any time via website, e-mail (Orders@TravelGreeter.com), phone call, text message, etc. Consequently, full charge will apply and no refund will be granted if cancellation is not made (24) hours in advance to the pre-booked service.
